1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between SMMPanelRent (the "Service") and the user accessing the website smmpanelrent.com, the account at billing.smmpanelrent.com and the rented panel.
By using the Service you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them in full. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Services
The Service rents out a software platform (an SMM panel) for reselling social media promotion services. The panel is deployed on the user's domain, runs under the user's brand and is configured by the user: catalog, prices, providers and payment methods.
The Service provides infrastructure and technical support. The Service is not the seller of services to the end customers of a rented panel: the user (tenant) contracts with them in their own name and is solely responsible for fulfilling those obligations.
The Service is not affiliated with the social networks and does not guarantee the outcome of services the user purchases from third-party providers.
3. Registration and Account
Renting a panel requires registration in the billing account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all actions taken under their account.
The minimum age for registration is 18. A panel may be suspended if the free plan limits are circumvented by creating multiple accounts.
4. Plans and Payment
The rental price is determined by the volume of orders processed by the panel during a billing period, counted per panel. A month in which the billable volume stays within the free limit is not charged and no invoice is issued for it.
Cancelled orders and orders fulfilled through the Service's own catalog are excluded from the billable volume. Current limits and plan prices are published on the website's home page.
Payment is made by invoice through the available payment methods. The fee covers renting and running the platform, not the promotion services themselves: those are purchased by the user from providers at the user's own expense.
5. Refunds
Rental refund. An unused rental prepayment may be refunded upon written request to admin@smmpanelrent.com. Requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
Request window. A refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of payment. After that period no refund is issued.
When a refund is not possible:
- the paid rental period has already been used - the panel was running and accepting orders;
- more than 30 days have passed since the payment;
- the panel was suspended for breaching these terms.
Technical failures. If the panel was unavailable due to the Service's fault, the payment for the downtime is refunded or compensated by extending the rental - at the user's choice.
Settlements with the tenant's customers. Refunds to the end customers of a rented panel are made by the tenant from their own funds: their customers' payments go through the tenant's own payment methods and never reach the Service.
6. Guarantees and Limitation of Liability
The Service keeps the platform operational, issues SSL certificates, maintains backups and provides technical support. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in circumstances beyond its control: outages at service providers, payment systems, domain registrars and network operators.
The Service is not liable for the user's lost profit, for the quality of third-party providers the user connects, or for the availability of the user's panel at individual internet service providers.
7. Prohibited Actions
The user must not:
- use the panel for unlawful activity, fraud or misleading buyers;
- publish material on the panel that violates the law or third-party rights;
- create multiple accounts and split order volume to circumvent plan limits;
- attempt to access other tenants' data or the platform's internal interfaces;
- generate load that disrupts the platform for other users.
In case of a breach, the Service may suspend the panel with notice to the user.
8. Data and Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The data of a rented panel's customers is processed by the Service on the tenant's behalf and solely to operate that panel.
9. Changes to Terms
The Service may amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
