How payment works

There is no subscription to pick: the plan follows the number of orders a panel made during the month and changes on its own - up and back down.

  2. 2 While third-party orders stay under 100 a month, the panel is free. Orders through Heroverin SMM never count at all.
  3. 3 If the month closes above the limit, billing moves the panel to the matching plan and issues an invoice for that month.
  4. 4 You pay the invoice in your account by card or crypto. Fewer orders next month - the plan drops back, down to free.

How long does it take to launch a panel?

The panel itself is created right after you order it in your account - no approvals, no waiting - and it opens straight away on a free address, so you do not need a domain to start. The rest is up to you: connecting providers plus branding usually takes about an hour. If you connect your own domain, DNS propagates in anything from a few minutes to a couple of hours and the certificate is issued automatically.

Do I need my own domain?

No. Every panel gets a free address on our domain - myshop.panelvia.com, for example - and works there right away, with a certificate and without touching DNS at all. Your own domain is an option, not an entry requirement: you can connect it later from your account, and the address on our side stays reserved for you. Full white-label branding does make more sense on your own domain, but you do not have to start there.

Do I need programming skills?

No. Managing the panel and its design is available through a visual editor with no code.

How much does it cost to rent an SMM panel?

There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum. The plan is calculated automatically, from the number of orders created in a month - separately for each panel and only for orders sent to third-party providers: up to 100 is free, above that the plan follows your volume and drops back down when orders fall. Canceled orders do not count toward the limit.

When is the panel free at any volume?

When you buy your services from us. Orders your panel fulfills through our own provider, Heroverin SMM (heroverin.info), never count toward the plan - not the hundredth, not the ten-thousandth. Only orders sent to third-party providers are counted, and while those stay under 100 a month no invoice is issued either. We earn on the services, not on a monthly fee for the panel.

What does white-label branding include?

Your own domain, branding and support under your name - the core and API stay on our infrastructure.

What if the provider has no refill support?

Auto-refill works at the panel level regardless of what a particular provider supports.

How is the panel protected from attacks?

Protection works on two levels: network attacks are filtered out before they reach the server, and the server itself sits in a datacenter with its own DDoS protection. There is nothing for you to set up.
