1. General Provisions
This Policy describes how SMMPanelRent, available at smmpanelrent.com including the account at billing.smmpanelrent.com and rented panels, processes and protects personal data.
By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
2. What Data We Collect
On registration and when renting a panel:
- name or project title;
- email address;
- password (stored as a cryptographic hash and cannot be recovered);
- the domain the panel is deployed on;
- Telegram account - if the user enabled notifications.
Automatically:
- IP address;
- browser and device type (User-Agent);
- cookies and session identifier;
- visit timestamps and API requests.
While using the Service:
- the panel's order volume for the billing period - it determines the plan;
- invoice and rental payment history;
- support requests and messages sent through the contact form.
3. Purposes of Processing
- providing access to the account and the rented panel;
- calculating the plan, issuing invoices and crediting payments;
- contacting the user about rental and support matters;
- preventing fraud and abuse of the free plan;
- complying with legal requirements.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are used to keep the session, remember the selected language and make forms work. Web analytics services are used to measure traffic and collect anonymised visit data.
5. Payment Data
The Service does not collect or store bank card or crypto wallet details. Payments are processed by payment systems on their secure pages; the Service receives only the status, amount and transaction identifier.
6. Data of a Rented Panel's Customers
A panel stores the tenant's buyers' data - email addresses, order history, links to profiles and posts, support requests. With respect to that data the Service acts on the tenant's behalf: it is used only to operate that panel, is never shared with other tenants and is not used by the Service for its own purposes.
The tenant is responsible for the lawfulness of collecting that data and for informing their own buyers. When the rental ends, the panel's data is deleted along with it.
7. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. Sharing happens only with:
- service providers - links to profiles and posts, to the extent needed to fulfil an order;
- payment systems - to process payments;
- hosting and infrastructure providers - to the extent needed to run the platform;
- competent authorities - where required by law.
8. Storage and Protection
Data is stored on secured servers, connections are encrypted with HTTPS and access is limited to authorised personnel. Passwords are stored as hashes only; API keys and integration tokens are stored encrypted. Tenants' data is isolated from one another on every request.
9. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, delete your account together with the panel, and withdraw consent to processing. Send such requests to admin@smmpanelrent.com from the email address used at registration.
10. Minors
The Service is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes and Contact
